New calendars on your Playfinder listing

Your Playfinder listing has had a revamp!

To improve the booking experience for your customers, we have made a change to your Playfinder page by embedding the Bookteq booking widget. This new widget replaces the Playfinder calendars and offers your customers repeat bookings, custom length bookings, payment plans, Direct Debit payments, additional questions and all the other features that the booking widget has.

Your Bookteq dashboard will continue to track the sources of your bookings so you will be able to see the additional revenue that our marketplace helps to bring in.

We’ve also made an additional improvement: any new customers making their first booking with you through Playfinder may well opt to use a Playfinder-branded customer portal account. All functionality remains the same so if permitted, your customers will still be able to book, amend, cancel and pay for their bookings through both portals.
