📃Document Upload

We are excited to announce a major upgrade coming soon to our Document Upload feature, designed to make staying compliant simpler.

While you’ve previously only been able to collect documents during the booking process, your customers will have the additional capability to add a document through their portal account to an existing booking. As an administrator, you will be able to add documents to booking orders as well.

Furthermore, this enhanced version introduces some automation to take the manual work off your plate. With this update, you will now benefit from:

  • Automated Notifications 👉 Timely reminders to ensure no document is missed.
  • Expiry Date Tracking 👉 Proactive alerts before certifications lapse.
  • Comprehensive Audit Logs 👉 A clear, chronological record of every upload and approval for total peace of-mind.

This evolution ensures your records remain up-to-date and your business stays protected, all while providing a smoother experience for your clients. We will be releasing more information over the coming weeks as we roll out this new feature, so keep an eye out.
