The best point of contact for support from the Bookeq support team is to fill out our contact form here.

The form gives guidance on the exact information we require from a venue for the best quality of support.

This support form goes to our ticket pipeline that our team diligently checks often throughout the day.

Another way to send information to this pipeline would be to email: support@bookteq.com.

However, if you are a new venue, it is best you reach out to: onboarding@bookteq.com.

We do have a phone number: 0333 300 3465.

However, it is highly advised that you request support via email. 

Why we recommend an email rather than a phone call:

📧 Likely to be resolved in a faster timeline if it is a more complex issue.

📧 Your ticket request can be moved over to our finance manager or our tech team faster with all of the relevant information included.

📧 More members of the team are able to work together and help in a timely manner.

📧 We can send over helpful resources and instructions with videos and screenshots to help guide you step by step.
