New Feature: Documents Upload 📃
Keeping customer records organised has just become much easier with our new Documents Upload feature.
You can now view and manage documents uploaded by your customers directly from their customer profile. Whether it's insurance certificates, safeguarding documents, qualifications, or any other required paperwork, everything is stored in one place for easy access.
Where to Find Documents on a Customer Profile
To view a customer's documents, simply navigate to their customer profile and scroll down to the Customer Documents section. Here you'll be able to see all uploaded documents, view individual files, remove documents that are no longer needed, and keep track of expiry dates.
Bookteq will also notify you when a document has expired, helping you stay on top of compliance requirements and maintain a clear audit trail. Find out more here.

We're delighted to welcome several new organisations to the Bookteq community. It's always exciting to see more venues opening their facilities to local communities, clubs, and hirers through self-service bookings.
Lift Schools
A special welcome to Lift Schools, one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the country. With 59 primary, secondary and special schools educating more than 33,000 pupils across England, Lift Schools is committed to providing an excellent education for every child and creating positive outcomes for the communities they serve. As more schools look to maximise the use of their facilities outside of school hours, we're excited to support Lift Schools in making their spaces more accessible to local hirers while reducing administrative workload for staff.
Faringdon Town Council
We're also pleased to welcome Faringdon Town Council.
