💷 Payment Plan Improvements
We have made a simplified and consolidated version of existing payment plans with better visibility on payment frequency, changing payment methods, and a solution to reduce hirer debt! Now, no matter how many different booking orders a hirer has they will all be under the same payment plan, payment method, and payment date every month. This update also offers a more reliable payment process with flexible payment frequencies, improved handling of failed payments, and a redesigned customer portal. This is going to be released gradually over the coming weeks after some good results from our robust testing process.

🤓 Hirer Knowledge Base
We have made a brand new Hirer Knowledge Base to help you give support to your hirers. This comprehensive guide provides your hirers with self-service support on topics like managing their portal account, payment plans, bookings, amendments, refunds, and cancellations.
The knowledge base is accessible to your hirers through their Bookteq Customer Portal account but, we recommend bookmarking this valuable tool so you can easily share it whenever a hirer needs assistance. Nonetheless, this knowledge base should reduce on the number of booking and payment queries your venue has to answer.

🎨 Colour-Coded Slot Indicators
We're pleased to introduce a new feature designed to make booking even easier for your customers. Now your customers can see availability at a glance—quick, clear, and easy! Green= Available Yellow = Partially Booked Red = Fully Booked Grey = Unavailable/Closed.
⚽️ New activities page on the widget
We have designed a new activity layout that is more cohesive and takes up less room on the screen, meaning less scrolling for your hirers, particularly on mobile devices and within the customer portal!
🥅 Add-ons on the Hirer Booking Calendar
Do you offer equipment hire, changing rooms, or other optional extras? You can now give your hirers the option to seamlessly add these to their bookings directly through the booking calendar!

👥 Social Logins
Your hirers will be able to log in to their Bookteq Customer Portal using their Google or Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail or Live) email address, instead of using their password allowing for easier access to their portal account to manage their bookings! You will have noticed that you can now do the same in your Bookteq workspace as well for a simpler log in experience.
