You can also always find the Hirer Knowledge Base on the home page of the Help Centre in your Bookteq Workspace, not to be confused with your knowledge base at the top entitled "Venue Knowledge Base" with information on how to use your Bookteq Workspace.
The knowledge base is also accessible to your hirers through their Bookteq Customer Portal account by clicking the "?" button on the top bar:
